My Lock-down Baking

Today 7th of the 4th 2020 I started a inquiry project for this project I made white rose pineapple muffins and they taste really good I will put the recipe below for anyone that wants to make them.


  • 125 g softened butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of plain flour 
  • 2 tsp's baking powder
  • 1/4 cup milk
 cream butter, vanilla and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition. Sift flour and baking powder together. fold into creamed mixture, stir in milk. place 10 muffin cases in a muffin tray and cook on 190°C for 15 minutes
